SHIPPING POLICY
All ready to ship orders will be sent within 1-3 business days of receiving payment. During the holidays NOV to DEC, our processing time is 5 – 7 business days.
We ship via USPS mail. Overseas shipping transit times may vary depending on customs; please keep this in mind.
Customers are responsible for any customs fees or taxes.
You will receive an email confirmation once your package has been shipped, which will contain all of your tracking information.
Please read through all item descriptions thoroughly, which will allow you to fully understand the product you will be receiving. Since we do not use preservatives or stabilizers, products can change due to temperature fluctuations with seasons, and in transit, please keep this in mind when ordering from us.
Return & Exchange Policy
Sweetgrass Apothecary is a small, family-owned company. We work hard to handcraft the best possible products.
If for some reason your item arrives defective, please reach out to coordinate getting a replacement. We can only accept returns on items found to be defective.
If an item arrives damaged, please let us know, and we will place a claim with the USPS. If an item has not arrived, please contact USPS using the tracking information that we sent to the email address that you provided us. We will be happy to assist you in that process.
